The University of Hohenheim makes every effort to make this website protein.uni-hohenheim.de accessible in accordance with Sec. 10(1) of the State Equal Opportunities for the Disabled Act (L-BGG).

Scope

This declaration on accessibility applies to the protein website of the University of Hohenheim protein.uni-hohenheim.de. This includes all public and access-restricted websites, sub-pages, and subsequent pages of the domain (in future referred to as the protein website of the University of Hohenheim ) for which the University of Hohenheim is responsible in terms of content, appearance, and technical functions, as well as the associated pictorial, moving image, and text content.

The web presence of the University of Hohenheim is partially compatible with Sec. 10(1) L-BGG due to the following incompatibilities.

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with Sec. 10(1) L-BGG

  • No audio descriptors are provided for video and audio content, and subtitles are not yet available for all videos.
  • Graphic elements and images have not been fully supplemented with alternatives or alternative texts.
  • Links can be inaccessible.
  • Documents such as PDF files or Office documents are not provided in accessible versions.

b) Unreasonable burden

  • Due to the unreasonable burden (according to Sec. 10(1) L-BGG) required to implement these accessibility features, the above has not yet been implemented. The University of Hohenheim endeavors to improve this immediately.
